PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute an e-mail important to a distributor of the e-mail in an environment wherein the distribution frequency of an e-mails is restricted, without being inhibited by an unimportant e-mail. SOLUTION: In an environment wherein the maximum reception number for a unit period is defined by a member who receives the distribution of an e-mail, in the case that there are a number of pieces of mail data scheduled to be distributed for a unit period, this distribution management server device 10 extracts the mail data based on the priority of the respective pieces of the mail data, a predetermined priority rule, and the maximum reception number, and transmits an e-mail prepared using the extracted mail data to the member.
