PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical construction method having simple and sure construction effect while succeeding special feature of a conventional construction method because a chemical injection construction method is an important construction method in a ground improvement method for weak ground, needs special experienced expert skill and has a long construction period and expensive construction method. SOLUTION: This drilling hole injection pipe construction method spirally mount a wire 7 on a spiral seal injection pipe capable of using highly various injection technologies. Thereby the drilling hole injection pipe construction method has a boring function for drilling a hole as it is, dispenses with a casing lot drilling hole by a large-sized boring machine, and enables reduction of a process regardless of a high quality permeable chemical injection construction method by directly installing an injection pipe 9 to be rotated, excavated and drilled so as to remarkably reduce a construction period. Furthermore, seal material filling can be made a small quantity by a small bore compact drilling hole injection pipe 9 to enhance injection effect so as to enhance certainty of a flat plate-like low pressure permeable injection construction method, and the drilling hole injection pipe construction method can contribute to ground improvement method business world by collectable injection pipes 9.
