PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guard stopper for a bamboo sword which is mounted simply and by which the position of a guard is not moved easily. SOLUTION: In the guard stopper 10 for the bamboo sword for blocking moving of the guard 7 by making a main body 11 abut to the guard 7 which is mounted from a handle head 4b to the handle source 4a of the handle 4 of the bamboo sword 1 from the handle head 4b at the handle head 4b, the main body 11 consists of a guard stopper 10 for the bamboo sword provided with a first elastic sheet 14 wherein the periphery part of a first hole 14a is bent and stretched when being mounted to fasten and include the handle 4, and a second elastic sheet 15 which is arranged along the first elastic sheet 14 and where the periphery part of a second hole 15a larger than the first hole 14a blocks moving of the guard 7 in cooperation with the periphery part of the first hole 14a.
