BELT-TYPE CONVEYANCE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high speed of a production line by conveying a vessel such as a cup whose side face shape is not parallel in the vertical direction at high speed without turning it over. SOLUTION: A nipping conveyor composed of two endless belt conveyors is provided in an upper part of the belt conveyor. A nipping face on which the nipping conveyors oppose mutually is constituted in such a way that a contact angle with an article side face can be changed by obtaining the optimum contact condition by matching with a side face shape of an article. Mutual article conveyance direction and conveyance speed of an article conveynace face on which the nipping conveyors oppose mutually are the same as conveyance direction and conveyance speed of the belt conveyor.
