PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunroof device for improving operability and reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: The sunroof device comprises a driving means (motor 1) for opening and closing a slide panel 11 for opening and closing an opening 13 of the roof 12 of a vehicle, a driving means (motor 2) for opening and closing a sunshade 14 slidably disposed inside the slide panel, and an operating means of the driving means. An opening switch 3 and closing switch 4 for the slide panel and an opening switch 5 for the sunshade are disposed. When the slide panel is closed completely, the sunshade is independently opened by operation of the opening switch for the sunshade, the sunshade is independently closed by operation of the closing switch for the slide panel, and the slide panel and the sunshade are opened by the opening switch for the slide panel.
