PURPOSE: A magnetic generator is provided to generate an electrical energy and prevent an environmental contamination by using magnetic energies of permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic generator comprises a generator(10) having a shaft; a rotating shaft connected to the shaft of the generator, and which has a pair of clutch bearings where a lever(38) is connected; a rotating body coupled to the rotating shaft, and which has first permanent magnets(28) arranged in such a manner that the same poles of the first permanent magnets are opposed with each other; a magnetic force applying unit(32) where second permanent magnets(34) are arranged in such a manner that the poles of the second permanent magnets are opposed to the same poles of the first permanent magnets; a horizontal board(36) mounted on the magnetic force applying unit; a string connected to the levers of the clutch bearings; a chain(40) for connecting a rotating shaft side gear rotating body(42) and a gear rotating body(46) arranged in the lower end of an auxiliary support(12); a stainless rod for connecting the gear rotating body arranged in the lower end of the auxiliary support, and the lower end of the magnetic force applying unit; and a spring(14) for assisting rotating motion of the magnetic force applying unit.
