PURPOSE: A protective bumper is provided to protect a goods display stand from a cart and the like when the cart comes into collision with the display stand due to carelessness of a customer. CONSTITUTION: The protective bumper comprises a base member(1a) horizontally attached to the outer surface of a goods display stand, it being centrally formed with longitudinal reinforcing ribs arranged in two lines and at upper and lower sides with fastening ribs having bent holding protrusions, a finishing member(3a) screwed to the base member while coming into contact with the reinforcing ribs, and a U-shaped bumper member(2a) having protrusions to be fastened with the ribs of the base member.
