PURPOSE: An electronic neon transformer with winker function is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by configuring a winker circuit within a neon transformer without using a separate controller. CONSTITUTION: An electronic neon transformer with winker function comprises a power supply(100) for receiving AC power and supplying it; a rectifying unit(200) for converting the power of the power supply to DC power; an oscillating unit(300) for receiving an output signal of the rectifying unit and oscillating and outputting it; a winker controlling unit(400) for outputting a winker signal with a set time constant; an output unit for receiving the output signal of the oscillating unit, controlling the phase of the output signal and applying a driving signal to an output transformer; a neon tube(800) for turning on or turning off in accordance with the output signal of the output unit; and a protection unit(500) for controlling the oscillating operation of the oscillating unit.
