PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a power tool sheath material excellent in impact resistance, stiffness, and external appearance. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a polyamide resin (A) component with a specified Tc, a hydrogenated block copolymer (B) component formed from an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene compound, a modified block copolymer (C) component which is prepared by modifying the hydrogenated block copolymer (B) and in which the aromatic vinyl compound content of (c-1) component is 10-35 wt.% and that of (c-2) component is 38-70 wt.%, and a glass fiber (D) component, each component being contained in a specified amount (wt.%).
