PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material having resistance against boiling or retorting treatment at a high temperature when used as a packaging container and preventing the loss of the safety or taste of content housed in the container. SOLUTION: This laminated material includes at least an outer layer (base material layer), an adhesive layer and an inner layer (heat seal layer), and the adhesive layer is constituted of a composition obtained by compounding a composition (I), which is prepared by mixing at least two kinds of organic polyols and an oxyacid of phosphorus or a derivative thereof, and a composition (II), which is prepared by mixing an organic polyisocyanate and a silane coupling agent. As the organic polyols of the composition (I), one with Tg (glass transition point) of 40°C or above and one with Tg of below 40°C are blended and an adhesive agent comprising the organic polyisocyanate of the composition (II) comprising 3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexylisocyanurate and the silane coupling agent comprising an epoxysilane is used.
