PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve equipment for manufacturing a concrete pipe and a method of manufacturing the concrete pipe and to provide a means of quickly assembling a roller head and a long bottom with a single connector, and dismantling them by a packer hear drive as a unit, and owns, in a closely fit condition, a packer hear drive means and a protective wearing that can easily be changed, without causing any damage to a flow of wet concrete running toward a pressured dense area; a speed ratio between the roller head and the long bottom can inifinitely be changed, while preventing possible uselessness of a durable member of the equipment due to errosion resulting from an invasion of concrete in the long bottom. SOLUTION: The equipment for manufacturing the concrete pipe is provided with a packer head which has a roller head and a long bottom that can be assembled as a unit and dismantled as well; the equipment for manufacturing the concrete pipe is also provided with a packer head driving means that extends through the roller head, including a driving member that extends through the long bottom, while the equipment for manufacturing the concrete pipe has a means for securing the long bottom to the driving member.
