<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing dioxins or asbestos and for dismantling an incinerator, which make it possible to remove the dioxins or asbestos without producing other waste materials and to improve work efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: According to the method, in an isolation process, a dioxins attaching source or an asbestos dusting source is isolated and the inside of the incinerator enclosed airtightly by isolation is kept under negative pressure using a dust collector. In a wetting process, a wetting agent is sprayed on a part with an attachment of the dioxins or asbestos to wet the dioxins or asbestos. In a removing process, blasts of sublimable particles, such as dry ice, are sent to the part to peel off the attached matter. Then, in a removed material treating process, the removed dioxin-containing material or asbestos is recovered and is solidified by spraying a solidification agent on the removed material or asbestos. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
