PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence allowing a pedestrian to go through freely and preventing a bicycle to go through to solve a problem wherein it is not desirable that a bicycle enters a park where entry of bicycle is inhibited. SOLUTION: A support column b is machined as shown in a drawing. The support column b is erected on the ground. By reducing width (40 cm) of a basic part more than width (80 cm) of an upper part, the basic part allows walking pedestrian's foot to go through only and prevents a bicycle to go through. Since the upper part is wide, a pedestrian can go through by waving his/her hand and carrying a cargo. The support column b machined as shown in the drawing is erected on the ground as shown in the drawing, and the width (40 cm) of the basic part is smaller than width (80 cm) of the upper part.
