<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a program of access management by which a valid user can access secret information even when relevance ratio of biometric information is below a prescribed value. <P>SOLUTION: An access management system is provided with a biometric sensor 101 which reads biolmetric information such as fingerprints, an IC card reader/writer 103 which reads information stored in an IC card 107 and an access management device 105 of which the number of digits of PIN information to be inputted by a user is made variable according to the relevance ratio of the biometric information read from the biometric sensor 101. The IC card 107 has a PIN information storage part which stores PIN information about a specific user, a reference biometric information storage part which stores reference biometric information of the specific user, a secret information storage part which stores the secret information and a processing part which compares the PIN information stored in the PIN information storage part with the PIN information transmitted from the access management device 105. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
