The invention relates to an interchangeable safety razor cartridge meant to be mounted to the handle of a safety razor so that it can swing during shaving. Said cartridge comprises a housing (1) wherein there is at least one blade (2) with a guard, an upper surface for the contact with the skin, a lower part spaced apart from an upper part and generally opposed thereto, a front part in the vicinity of the guard, a rear part in the vicinity of the guard, end walls linking the rear part and the front part therebetween, a bolt surface (5) on the said cartridge for receiving the force from a handle (B) with a view to maintaining the cartridge in a resting position, a sleeve (6) extending in said lower part and being located adjacent to each end for accomodating a portion of the handle (B) to which said cartridge is adapted to be mounted. Each of the cartridge baldes (2) is placed in a plane oriented under an acute angle in relation to the plane tangent to the guard and to the lubrifying sleeve, the blades not overlapping one another.
