<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long life shape transfer film enhanced in the adhesion of a conductive layer, used in the pressing part of a fingerprint detecting sensor or the like to transfer the uneven shape of the surface of matter, which is pressed to one surface, to other surface. <P>SOLUTION: The shape transfer film has the conductive layer, an adhesion layer and a film layer formed thereto in this order from the transfer surface side of the film.
