<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a player hopeful by the presentation in the re-variation display. <P>SOLUTION: When it is determined that a next-to-win display mode should be displayed, whether the revariation display should be executed or not is determined (S23 and S24). When it is determined that the next-to-win display mode should be displayed, in which combination effective line the next-to-win display mode should be displayed is determined (S21). When it is determined that the re-variation display should be executed, a display result to be temporarily extracted and displayed is selected based on the result of determination of in which combination effective line the next-to-win display mode should be displayed (S26-S29). If it is determined that the next-to-win display mode should be displayed in one combination effective line, a non-ready-to-win display mode is selected as the display result to be temporarily extracted and displayed.
