<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home electric apparatus having a maintenance function which can be used longer than the assumed life of function parts and by which maintenance parts can securely operate at the abnormal time of the fault of the function part and can prevent the enlargement of a damage. SOLUTION: First prescribed time which is longer than any setting life time of the function parts 10, 13, 14, 15 and 16 and shorter than any setting life time of the maintenance means 11 and 12 is previously stored in a memory means 19. Then, the operation time of the electric apparatus (oil warm breeze heater, for example) from a use start is counted in a counting means 18 and the counted value is compared with first prescribed time. When operation time reaches first prescribed time, a signal is outputted to a warning means 17 and that the home electric apparatus is outlived its usefulness is informed to a user.</p> |
