PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semisynthetic medium and a synthetic medium to solve problems caused by the use of blackstrap molasses in the conventional baker's yeast production process and to develop a culture method to use the medium. SOLUTION: An improved synthetic medium containing an amino acid, especially acidic amino acid or basic amino acid at a high concentration can be produced by the invention.
