<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simplified preparation device for a power grid model, capable of load distribution with consistency with a system condition of an original system model all the time, regardless of the conditions of an opening/closing device in a simplified grid model. <P>SOLUTION: When the simplified grid model 4 is prepared from the original system model 1, the opening/closing device for switching the power system is divided into two, and an opening/closing device node division process is performed so as to distribute the load as an independent node respectively. In the simplified grid model 4, two types of load information can be set independently to the divided opening/closing device.
