PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for fixing a heat sink that is convenient in operation and firm in engagement. SOLUTION: A clip for fixing a heat sink of this invention can fix the heat sink to a motherboard body, and is provided with a principal member, an engaging member, and a handle member. The principal member has a thrust part. A first engagement part is provided downward at one end of the thrust part, and a joint is horizontally provided at the other end. The engaging member has a second engagement part corresponding to the first engagement part, and the upper end of the engaging member is provided with a connecting part being fitted with the joint of the principal member. The connecting part is provided with an elastic piece part, and the handle member has the thrust part and a hinge part. The hinge part has an eccentric structure, and can be fitted with the connecting part. The connecting part is pin-connected with the hinge part and integrally bonded with it.
