Disclosed is a light-diffusing laminated resin film with a thickness in the range of 30-500 mm and having a resin layer (A) made of a transparent resin, wherein a light-diffusing agent having a weight-average particle size in the range of 1-20 mm is diffused, and a transparent resin layer (B) laminated on at least one side of said resin layer (A). The light-diffusing laminated resin film is manufactured by molding a laminated film obtained by co-extruding the resin composition used for forming said resin layer (A) and the resin composition used for forming said transparent resin layer (B) with both sides of said laminated film in contact with rigid metal rolls. Also provided is an antiglare film, antiglare polarization plate, and image display device using said light-diffusing resin film.
