<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for preventing weaving bars caused by mis-resetting target tension in startup preparation. <P>SOLUTION: The system for preventing weaving bars includes a target tension processor capable of setting a target value different from that in stationary operation and a driving circuit for driving a warp beam to bring a warp tension to the target tension corresponding to the startup preparation outputted from the target tension processor.
