SOLUTION: This concrete construction 5 has main steel bars 51 arranged at the outer peripheral side of concrete 50 and a tie hoop 52 wound around the outer peripheral side of the main steel bars 51, and holding members 54 are arranged in contact with the outer side of the tie hoop 52, and anchoring members 55 attached to the holding members 54 are so composed as to be anchored to the concrete 50.
