CUTTER FOR CUTTING STRAW IN A DESIRED LENGTH AND REDUCING AN IMPACT LOAD

PURPOSE: Provided is a cutter for cutting straw, capable of cutting straw in a desired length, and reducing an impact load (or shock load) onto the cutter during a cutting process of straw. CONSTITUTION: The cutter for cutting straw includes a body unit(50) driven by a power unit for separating dry straw(100) from a circular veil(200) and transferring the straw(100); and a cutting unit(60) for cutting the straw. The body unit(50) is composed of a body(52) that rotates around an axis(51), and a plurality of fixed rotatory cutters(54) disposed on the circumferential surface of the body(52). The cutting unit(60) is disposed at a designated distance away from the circumferential surface of the body(52). The cutting unit(60) includes a fixing plate for fixing the straw(100), and a fixed cutter(64) for cutting the straw(100) fixed on the fixing plate.
