METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PULVERIZED COAL ACCORDING TO MOISTURE CONTENT OF COAL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing pulverized coal is provided to prevent temperature drop at the outlet of the crusher, reduction of coal supply quantity and reduction of pulverized coal output by setting temperature at an outlet of crusher and coal supply quantity according to moisture content of coal in a pulverized coal manufacturing facility. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step of setting supply quantity of coal and temperature at an outlet of crusher; a step of detecting moisture content of coal supplied to the crusher; a step of converting the inputted moisture content values into temperature value at the outlet of the crusher and supply quantity value of coal correspondingly by inputting the detected moisture content values of coal into a signal conversion program; and a step of controlling flux of hot blast according to the set temperature at the outlet of the crusher and the set supply quantity of coal if the detected moisture content values of coal are less than first set moisture value that is a moisture content at a time point when temperature at the outlet of the crusher is rapidly decreased, controlling flux of hot blast according to the converted temperature value at the outlet of the crusher and the converted supply quantity value of coal if the detected moisture content values of coal are the same as or more than second set moisture value that is a moisture content at a time point when supply quantity of coal supplied to the crusher is rapidly decreased, and controlling flux of hot blast according to the converted temperature value at the outlet of the crusher and the set supply quantity of coal if the detected moisture content values of coal are the same as or more than the first set moisture value and less than the second set moisture value.
