METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING RAINWATER PIPE FOR BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES

PURPOSE: A method and a system for manufacturing rainwater pipe for buildings and structures are provided to manufacture the rainwater pipe irrespective of types of material used and efficiently manufacture the rainwater pipe at low cost by continuously supplying flat shaped material at a time to manufacture a rectangular rainwater pipe using a forming machine. CONSTITUTION: The system(50) comprises a main frame(55) comprising vertical bars(51) vertically set up, and horizontal bars(52) connected to upper and lower parts of the vertical bars; a supporting frame(56) installed at upper both sides of the main frame in such a way that a tunnel type space is formed in the supporting frame; a guide installed in front of the supporting frame to guide a thin metal sheet supplied; first forming means installed in rear of the guide to form irregular surface on the thin metal sheet supplied and form catching part at both ends of the thin metal sheet; second forming means(80) installed in rear of the first forming means to visibly form side surface and upper surface of the rainwater pipe by bending the irregular surface formed thin metal sheet; and third forming means(90) installed in rear of the second forming means to complete one rainwater pipe by pressing the connected catching parts after connecting the catching parts bent through the first and second forming means.
