PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device in which pixel data in image data are beforehand rearranged before conducting a display processing by nonsuccessive scanning to provide a program for controlling the image display device. SOLUTION: An image display device 11 is provided with a panel 11a, a scanning line driving section 11b, a data line driving section 11c, a control section 11d, a line memory 11e, an image data obtaining section 11f, a frame memory 11g and a nonsuccessive scanning image data generating section 11h. In the section 11h, the pixel data in the image data are rearranged beforehand in accordance with the selection order of scanning lines in a nonsuccessive scanning to generate nonsuccessive scanning image data.
