<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a private state of a called party from being disturbed through the configuration of mobile phones of a caller and a called party such that the caller using the mobile phone makes a dial for making a speech to the called party and succeedingly makes a transmission operation of characters registered in the mobile phone of the called party when no reply comes from the called party, and the mobile phone of the called party transmits its surrounding sound to the mobile phone of the caller when the characters transmitted from the caller are coincident with the characters registered in the mobile phone of the called party. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile phone including a speech key 152 and a communication circuit 1 making transmission reception with the caller and transiting to a speech state when the speech key 152 is operated at the arrival of an incoming call of a speech request from the caller, is provided with: a registration means for registering a signal; a microphone 6 for detecting sound; and a control circuit 11 for allowing the microphone 6 to detect the sound when the mobile phone of the called party receives the signal coincident with the registered signal before the speech key 152 is operated at the arrival of the incoming call of the speech request from the caller and transmitting the detected sound to the caller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
