PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated electronic part where high capacity is obtained in spite of thinning internal electrode layers. SOLUTION: The laminated electronic part is obtained by alternately laminating dielectric layers 7 and the internal electrode layers 5. At the terminal of an electronic part main body 1 where the internal electrode layers 5 are alternately led out in the direction of laminating, an external electrode 3 is provided. The thickness on the side of a connection terminal 21 with the external terminal 3 of the internal electrode layers 5 is thicker than that on the side of an opposing non-connection terminal 23.
