PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication network connection system in which connection to the Internet can be permitted without causing a trouble to input information for receiving a connection permission such as a user ID and a password. SOLUTION: An Internet connection device 1 receives a MAC address from a user terminal 4 and transmits the MAC address. Then, a connection permission determination device 3 determines the permission of the connection depending on whether or not the MAC address received from the Internet connection device 1 is present in a MAC address list storage part 33, and generates and transmits connection permission information only in the case that the MAC address is present in the MAC address list storage part 33.
