摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the transmission characteristics of a high frequency signal by reducing the insertion length of a signal transmitting conductor and diminishing the capacity between its lower end and a main conductor layer, while an dielectric waveguide line formed easily by a conventional multi-layer technology and a line conductor are connected with a small loss. <P>SOLUTION: At the lower end of a signal transmitting conductor 7, an extending part extending to a central side of a dielectric waveguide line 10 is formed in parallel with a main conductor layer 3 and in a direction crossing with a signal transmitting direction. An inner conductor 8 extending downward and having an opposite extending part, extending oppositely to the extending part at its lower part is formed by connecting electrically to a main conductive layer 2 on the upper side symmetrically to the center of the dielectric waveguide line 10, in a direction from the signal transmitting conductor 7 to a crossing direction with the signal transmitting direction.
