PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning sinker whose member can easily be interchanged without accompanying the breakage of a tackle, or the like, and which can surely fix a line to be connected to the sinker member so that the position of the line is not moved, and can reduce the entanglement of the tackle with the sinker member to prevent the vertical movement, rotation and twisting of the sinker member in water. SOLUTION: This spinning sinker is characterized by comprising the sinker member 1 formed by opening and forming a groove 4 for inserting the line 3 in the axial direction on the side of the sinker body portion 2, projecting insertion projections 5, 6 having smaller diameters than the diameter of the sinker body portion 2 and having the same axis as the axis of the sinker body portion 2, and then forming the tips of the upper and lower insertion projections 5, 6 as conical portions 7, and upper and lower caps 10, 11 into which the insertion projections 5, 6 of the sinker member 1 can detachably be inserted and between which the line 3 can be nipped together with the insertion projections 5, 6 in a state that the line 3 is inserted into the insertion holes 12 of the upper and lower caps 10, 11 and into the insertion projections 5, 6.
