PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail transmission control system capable of distributing a document file by a transmission system desired by a customer and easily controlling transmission. SOLUTION: When a job is registered from a manager terminal, a registration performance means 1 prepares a job file of a file name including information relating to set transmission date and time and transmission state and registers it in a job file storage means 2. A transmission management means 3 extracts the job file which is turned to a standby state after the transmission date and time, and a mail transmission means 4 refers to the information inside a customer document management means 5 and performs the transmission of electronic mail specified by the job file.
