PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device comprising a function for displaying a vehicle expected passing time at a specific point on a traveling route to a destination. SOLUTION: This navigation device comprises a route searching means for searching the route to the destination, a display image plane 51 for displaying the traveling route searched by the route searching means and its peripheral road map, and a expected passing time display controlling means for calculating the passage expected passing time of the vehicle at the specific point on the traveling route and displaying the calculated expected passing time by the display means. Preferably, the expected passing time display controlling means calculates the expected passing time based on the road traffic information such as traffic jam and controls, supplied from the external.
