PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the displacement of a cutter body in the axial direction by making the axis of the cutter body coincident with that of an adapter body without being affected by thermal expansion. SOLUTION: Projecting parts 13 are formed at regular intervals along a reference line A passing the center O of the cutter body 12, extending outward, and the width of each projecting part 13 becomes narrower toward the front in the radial direction of the cutter body 12. The projecting part 13 is formed in an inverted trapezoidal shape so that the width is the smallest at the base in the cutter body 12, becoming wider toward the front, and defined by both side surfaces 21 and 22.
