PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an optical grid plate with which dazzle is prevented and vividness is increase, and excellent effects for preventing static electricity and radiation can be exhibited. SOLUTION: A substrate made of reinforced glass, optical plastic glass, optical plastics, or the like is provided and is coated with a thin film for preventing dazzle by plating. This thin film for preventing dazzle is constituted by uniformly coating multilayered nanoparticles. An inner layer is made of nanoparticles coated with Cu or Al, and an outer layer is made of nanoparticles coated with Cr. An isolation layer for preventing static electricity is laminated to manufacture the optical grid plate. The isolation layer for preventing static electricity is laminated on the surface of the plated film of the substrate, and thus the optical grid plate for diffracting light is completed.
