PICTURE DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a visibility angle corresponding to observer's intention in a picture display device which three-dimensionally displays a plurality of kinds of designs.

SOLUTION: The picture display device is equipped with a Fresnel lens 812 which is disposed between a light source 810 and a liquid crystal panel 804 and displays a plurality of pictures at mutually different positions by converting light from the light source 810 into nearly parallel beams. The light source 810 is constructed so as to change a position to be lighted and a region to be lighted and is equipped with a lighting controlling means to change the position to be lighted or the region to be lighted of the light source 810.
