PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a rainproof saddle device by forming a hole in a saddle seat for storing a saddle umbrella therein or fixing to a saddle, and to improve a conventional umbrella, to form a rainproof saddle device or a device for covering objects. SOLUTION: A hole or a notch is formed in a conventional saddle for storing a conventional umbrella therein by shutting a conventional umbrella to the upper side or opening from the upper side.
