PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of an image density unevenness of sleeve pitches on a developing sleeve caused by the developer contamination in consequence of discharge product material, and to prevent deterioration, scatter or the like of the developer. SOLUTION: By means of detecting humidity in this device by a temperature humidity sensor 20, the controlling device 21, makes the occurrence of the image density unevenness of the sleeve pitches on the developing sleeve 9 caused by the developer contamination in consequence of the discharge product materials preventable, and makes deterioration, scatter or the like of the developer preventable, by controlling so as to extend the time from transfer completion of the toner image on the transfer material by the transfer charging device 5 until the rotation stoppage of the developing sleeve 5, based on the humidity information being input from humidity sensor 20. |
