PURPOSE: Provided are a fermentation promotion apparatus and an electric fermentation device containing the same for the manufacture of fermented soy bean having the same quality as that of traditional fermented soy bean. CONSTITUTION: The fermentation promotion apparatus is composed of a case having ventilation holes on its upper and lower parts and rice straw contained in the case. The electric fermentation device is composed of a main body having a fermentation chamber, a heating part to heat the fermentation chamber; a control part to control the heating part, a fermentation container placed in the fermentation chamber; and the fermentation promotion apparatus. |
