摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an array substrate of a liquid crystal display is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by forming uneven microlenses and preventing an organic insulation film from remaining in a contact hole by an OMOE(One Mask and One Exposure) process. CONSTITUTION: Gate electrodes are formed on an insulation substrate(100). A gate insulation film(120) is formed on the insulation substrate including the gate electrodes. An active layer(130) and an ohmic contact layer are formed on the gate insulation film. Source and drain electrodes are formed on the insulation substrate including the active layer and the ohmic contact layer(140), overlapped with the ohmic contact layer. A passivation film(160) is formed on the insulation substrate including the source and drain electrodes. A resin layer(180) is formed on the passivation film. The resin layer is exposed one time by one mask to form a contact hole at one side of the resin layer, and an uneven part at the other side. A reflecting plate is formed on the contact hole and the uneven part.
