The exhaust converter has an air condensation cooler (30) for processing the exhaust gas (1) from a boiler (6) with blast cooling air (5) to produce a combustion air (5a) for supply to a burner (3). The exhaust gas from the boiler is recirculated through the air condensation cooler for use in the burner. An independent claim is also included for the exhaust conversion process.
