PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefinic resin film obtained by calender forming and having a coating film with excellent transparency and strength balance kept in the longitudinal and transverse directions and excellent adhesiveness. SOLUTION: An olefinic resin film is obtained as follows. A compound represented by general formula (1) (wherein, at least two of R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>, R<SP>5</SP>and R<SP>6</SP>are each an epoxy group and the others are each hydrogen or an alkyl group) is added to the following copolymer. An inorganic filler having≤1μm particle diameter and/or an ethylene-vinyl acetate resin are further added and the coating film is formed on at least one surface of the calender formed film. The copolymer is two or more kinds of anα-olefin-ethylene copolymers having different melt indexes without using a metallocene catalyst and at least one kind is a linear low-density polyethylene copolymerized with octene.
