PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system for synchronizing data file display states between communicating personal computers or pieces of terminal equipment. SOLUTION: This communication system is configured to provide an arbitrary data file requested by a plurality of personal computers 2 and 3 to which a server 1 for storing and managing a data base or a text data file is communicatively connected through an arbitrary communication protocol(digital communication network 6). The personal computers 2 and 3 are provided with an application for displaying the provided data file, and a pair of personal computers which display the arbitrary same data file transmit or receive the operation information of their mutual display pictures successively or in each unit time through the server 1 to synchronize their mutual data file display states.
