PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fruit tray having antibacterial property is characterized by using waste paper. The manufacturing method thereof is capable of preventing fruit from contamination by bacteria, maintaining moisture, sugar content and freshness and reducing a production cost. CONSTITUTION: A fruit tray is obtained by the steps of: pulping waste paper in a pulping tank; beating the pulp in a stirring device; adding 0.5-7wt.% of at least one selected from the group containing silver, titanium oxide and zeolite to the pulp; forming the pulp in a vacuum former; removing moisture on 200-250deg.C of a hot press; and then sterilizing the tray. |
