The device has a tubular bottom part (11) for guiding an endless screw (12). A notch (14) is placed inside a vertical part (10) of a frame to receive an axle (15) of a spindle, where the spindle is connected with a cogwheel (16). The cogwheel coordinates, by gravity, with the endless screw through an aperture (17) of the bottom part. The rotation or translation of the screw begets a rotation of the spindle by the cogwheel.
