PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin-made pulley with a bearing that can keep circulality of an outer ring in press fitting of the bearing outer ring, has high heat dissipation efficiency, and can prevent creeping. SOLUTION: The pulley 2 integrally having an outside cylindrical part 21 and inside cylindrical part 23 working as a belt transfer section and an annular disk section 22 for interconnecting them is made of a metal sheet. A plurality of recessed grooves 23b or projecting parts 23d extending axially are formed circumferentially on the inner peripheral surface 23a of the inside cylindrical part. Otherwise, the outside cylindrical part and inside cylindrical part working as the belt transfer section and the annular disk section for interconnecting them are molded of the metal sheet integrally with the synthetic resin.
