<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stack chests for housing heat-reserved cooked rice having a plurality of stages in upper end opening of a machine for dishing up heat-reserved boiled rice, prevent hardening of heat-reserved cooked rice in the dishing-up machine by smoothly lowering and feeding the chest from each stage and feed the large planned amounts of cooked rice while smoothly dividing the cooked rice. <P>SOLUTION: A box for heat-reserving cooked rice comprises the chest 3 for heat-reserving and housing cooked rice, detachably engaged and placed in the upper end opening 2' of the cooked rice-dishing up machine 2 installed in a machine frame 1 and the chests 3 for heat-reserving and housing cooked rice having a plurality of stages, detachably and successively engaged and placed on opening upper end 3' of the chest 3. In the box, a bottom plate 4 in each stage is composed of a slidable opening and closing plate 5, and an upper lid 6 detachably engaging with the opening end 3' of the housing chest in each stage, an outer peripheral surface 6" of a protruded surface 6' formed on the upper surface of the upper lid and an inner peripheral surface 7' of protrusion 7 formed on the bottom plate 4 of the housing chest 3 in the upper stage are mutually engaged, and an outer peripheral surface 7" of the protrusion 7 can detachably be engaged with the internal circumference edge of the opening upper end 3' of the housing chest 3 in the lower stage in disengaging state of the upper lid 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
