PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket of a working arm driving cylinder of a construction machine hard to crack in a welding section of the bracket even if a big force is given from the working arm driving cylinder. SOLUTION: When the bracket of the working arm driving cylinder of the construction machine pivoting an arm cylinder is constituted, fillet beads 21 and 22 are formed on the overall circumference of the side on the base side of a standing plate 1a by a mixed molten matter mixed with a molten metal of the standing plate 1a, a molten metal of an upper face plate 11a and a molten matter of a welding wire in a state to abut the base of the standing plate 1a on the upper face plate 11a of a boom, and the standing plate 1a is fixedly constituted by welding so that the fillet beads 21 and 22 formed in the mixed molten matter are made to melt into the end on the base side of the standing plate 1a in an abutment section over the overall area of the abutment section between the base of the standing plate 1a and the upper face plate 11a and in the vicinity thereof and the upper face plate 11a.
